2. Data Protection Officer or contact channel
Química Deambla, S.L. has not appointed a Data Protection Officer on a mandatory basis under Article 37 of the GDPR. Any privacy enquiry may be directed to info@rogemar.es.
3. Data we process
Depending on the service used, we may process:
- Identification and contact data: first name, surname, company, job title, telephone, email, city/province, CIF, website.
- Commercial and professional data: type of collaboration, product lines of interest, area of activity, messages in forms.
- Account data: credentials managed by our authentication provider (e.g. email registration or sign-in with Google).
- Technical data: IP address, session identifiers, access logs and cookies (see the cookie policy).
- Communications: content of enquiries via form, email, WhatsApp or partner support chat.

5. Retention period
- Contact data and commercial requests: for as long as the relationship lasts and, thereafter, for the legally applicable limitation periods (usually up to 5 years).
- Partner data with an active contract: during the contractual relationship and the subsequent legal periods.
- Inactive user account data: may be deleted after a reasonable period of inactivity, with prior notice where possible.
- Cookies: as indicated in the cookie policy.
6. Recipients and processors
We do not disclose data to third parties except where required by law or where necessary to provide the service. We may share information with:
- Technology providers (hosting, database, authentication, email) acting as processors under a contract pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
- Legal, tax or audit advisers where there is an obligation or a documented legitimate interest.
- Public authorities where regulations so require.
No international transfers outside the European Economic Area are envisaged unless the technology provider carries them out with adequate safeguards (standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions). In such a case this will be disclosed in this policy.
7. Rights of data subjects
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, as well as withdraw consent previously given, by sending a written request to info@rogemar.es enclosing a copy of an identity document.
If you consider that processing does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Minors
The services on this site are aimed at professionals and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 14 years of age. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with data, please contact us so that we can delete it.
9. Security
Química Deambla, S.L. applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, in line with the state of the art and the nature of the data processed.
10. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory changes or changes to our services. The date of the last review appears at the beginning of the document. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
